We can provide a number of meeting rooms which can be rented either by the hour or by the day.  The hourly rate is $125 + HST, the daily rate for Thursday for DEFSEC Meeting Rooms only is $800 + HST and the daily rate for Friday for DEFSEC Meeting Rooms only is $600 + HST (which is a savings of 20% if you require access the entire day).

The availability schedule is as shown below for each day.  As room bookings are confirmed for the various time slots, they will then be shown as "Reserved".  If you would like to see the location of each of the DEFSEC meeting rooms, click here to look at the current exhibition floorplan.  All other meeting rooms other than those marked DEFSEC Atlantic or HMCS Sackville, have already been reserved.

Meeting rooms located on the DEFSEC Atlantic floor are constructed of hardwall walls and a solid door and are located behind booths along the South side of the building.  Those rooms located on-board the HMCS Sackville will require going onto the ship and being directed to the appropriate room.  Descriptions of each room on-board the ship can be found by clicking here.
