Standard Booth Space Details

Base Booth Fee: $4,000.00 + 15% HST per 10' x 10' booth

Each 10' x 10' includes:

  • 8' high by 10' wide pipe and drape back wall with 3' high pipe & drape side walls; other configurations may be possible at the request of the exhibitor or needs of the vendor
     
  • The entire exhibition hall is carpeted; if you require additional carpeting for your booth, it must be coordinated and purchased through Global Convention Services

  • Two (2) standard fabric chairs provided through Global Convention Services
     
  • Additional booth furnishings, etc. can be coordinated through Global Convention Services

Electrical connections:

  • One duplex (two outlet) electrical connection, rated at 110V, 15A is included at no extra cost REGARDLESS of booth size
     
  • Additional connections can be requested at a cost of $125.00 + HST per duplex connection (2 outlets per duplex) if ordered by the Pre-Show Deadline of September 22, 2022; orders placed AFTER that date up until the Ordering Deadline of September 29, 2022 will be at a cost of $138.00 + HST per duplex connection (2 outlets per duplex)

  • If special arrangements are required for electrical such as larger, more complex configurations, different than standard amperages or a 220V feed, then contact Global Convention Services direcly to get a quote arranged for you.

Passes are allocated as follows:

  • Two (2) Full Exhibiting Delegate On-Site Passes (meals NOT included) PER 10' x 10' booth purchased
     
  • Individual additional Full Exhibiting Delegate On-Site Passes (meals NOT included) can be purchased by exhibiting companies for an additional fee of $350.00 + HST.  One-day pricing is also available - click here for full details of what is included with each Exhibiting Delegate On-Site Pass.

Booth add-ons include:

  • Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Exhibition Hall. However, if your display requires a Direct-Wired Internet Connection it must be requested well in advance of the Show. There are a variety of wired options available at this venue.

ACADA dinner tickets will also be added unless declined:

  • For each 10'x10', two (2) tickets to the ACADA Dinner & Reception on Wednesday evening will automatically be added to your invoice along with your booth at a cost of $200 + HST each; additional individual tickets can also be ordered along with your booth at a cost of $200 + HST each
     
  • Should your attendees have other plans for Wednesday evening or simply do not want to attend the event, you can easily request removal of the ACADA Dinner Tickets when signing your exhibitor contract and $200 + HST per ticket will be deducted from your invoice.

Options available to Exhibitors include:

  • Dedicated Meeting Room for One or Both Days During the Show
    In past years, many companies have expressed an interest in having an on-site meeting room reserved for the entire day for their use on either one or both days of the Show.  If you are interested in making such an arrangement while exhibiting at DEFSEC Atlantic, please contact us.
