B2B/B2G Meeting Request System Now Live!

In partnership with the Atlantic Canada Aerospace and Defence Association (ACADA) and Global Affairs Canada / Trade Commissioner Service, DEFSEC Atlantic will be facilitating expressions of interest sent through this web site from interested companies participating at DEFSEC Atlantic 2019 for one-on-one Business-to-Business and Business-to-Government meetings with participating companies, organizations and government officials.

Each company requesting meetings will initially be limited to a maximum of three (3) requests, a half hour in length each in order to allow maximum participation in the program. The system will allow you to ask for up to five (5) meetings and to put those requests in priority order; only three (3) confirmed meetings in total will be allowed per attendee.

Additional requests may be accommodated at the discretion of the meeting coordinators and event organizers. As availability is limited, requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you are considering using the system to help develop your business, don't hesitate to check out the system as soon as you have a chance.

Once you know you would like to book a meeting, please click on the "Request a Meeting" button beside the specific listing you are interested in.

We will be using the company, Agenda Managers, as our meeting coordinators and they will be handling all incoming requests sent through the online system. All meetings will be taking place in the "ACADA B2B Courtyard".

It is important to remember that the organization receiving the meeting request is not obligated to accept it. This is where the role of our meeting coordinators is important - as they will let those requesting the meetings know whether their request has been accepted and if so, to work out the details of a specific half-hour timeslot and the meeting room location on the DEFSEC Atlantic 2019 exhibition floor with both parties.

In order to have your request approved, you must be registered as a DEFSEC Atlantic 2019 attendee by the time the online registration system has closed to the public. If you cannot be verified as a registered attendee by the time the system closes, your arranged meeting time may possibly be cancelled.


In order to accommodate significant interest, you will only be able to request 5 meetings initially with a maximum of 3 confirmed meetings via this program. You should choose the companies you would like a meeting with in your order of preference through up to 5 selections.

Please Note: All meetings will be held in dedicated meeting rooms at the DEFSEC Atlantic site.
   As availability is limited this will be on a first-come first-served basis.
