As A Delegate from a Non-Exhibiting Company
With the purchase
of a full Non-Exhibiting Delegate Pass at a discounted cost
of $275 + HST,
the non-transferable bearer gains admission for one to the following:
- Access to the Exhibition
Hall and Seminar Series on Thursday and Friday
- Access to the Opening Reception in
the Cunard Centre Exhibition Hall on Wednesday evening
- Access to the Hour of Good Cheer Reception
at
the Cunard Centre Dockside on Thursday afternoon
- A new change for 2013 is that meals will NOT be included in the standard Non-Exhibiting Delegate Pass and will be available to select on a per-meal basis once online registration is opened up. Each individual meal will cost $50 + HST or the meal package for all 4 will be available for $180 + HST. Only a limited number will be sold until the room is filled - so order early.
Another new change for this year is that we will also be offering the options of single-day attendance and à la carte style registration via the web for Non-Exhibiting Delegates, as shown below:

discounted cost of $175 + HST and
will include:
- Access to the Exhibition Hall and
Seminar Series on Friday ONLY
- Access to the Exhibition Hall and
Seminar Series on Friday ONLY
- Meals, as shown above, will be
available separately at the costs noted there and will be
limited to the capacity of the room, so if you plan to attend any of
the meals, be sure to order your meals early!
- It is important to note that Single Day Passes will NOT include access to the Opening Reception in the Cunard Centre Exhibition Hall on Wednesday evening.
PLEASE NOTE:
Discounted rates will no longer be available after the deadline which is Friday, August 16.The cost of a full pass will increase to the regular price of $300 + HST and a single-day pass will increase to the regular price of $200 + HST.
